If your color match isn’t perfect or you aren’t 100% satisfied with your extensions, you can request a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The gold clasps must not be removed from the extensions. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

If your purchase was made online you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Yes, as long as the original packaging is still in tact. The customer will be responsible for paying any shipping charges associated with returning and reshipping the item

Choosing how much hair you will need to purchase will depend on the length and density of your clients hair.

For the average hair type, one pack of clips, or 4-5 packs of our professional lines will be enough.

If you are looking to add length and density, two packs of clips might be necessary, or 6-8 packs of our professional line will be needed.

Hair extensions are safe on your natural hair as long as they have been installed by a reputable extensionist, and are being removed using our Sparkle Hair professional products.

Clients will need to make sure that they are adhering to the recommended maintenance guidelines, as well as the proper at home care, including using the recommended products.

When purchasing your extensions, the density of yours, or your clients hair, will need to be considered before purchasing. Typically clients are able to purchase one pack of clips, or 4-5 packs of hair to create a naturally blended look.

If you are looking to add length and volume, you will always require more hair. These clients may need to purchase a second set of clips, or 6-8 packs of hair.

Tropical vacations can definitely be detrimental on your hair extensions and your natural hair. Salt water, chlorinated pools, hot sun, and sunscreen can be a recipe for disaster. If you are set on wearing your extensions for your tropical vacation, we cannot guarantee their quality once you return, but we do have some tips for you! Our Sparkle Repair Mask is a necessity to keeping your extensions from turning into a tangly mess. Soak your hair with fresh water and coat your extensions in our Sparkle Mask and braid your hair, before going out for the day. This will create a barrier between the elements and your extensions, and can help from having the extensions tangle or matt into your natural hair (but it isn't bulletproof!)
